Shipping policy

GENERAL WEBSITE ORDERS - We aim to have orders despatched within 5 working days after receiving your order, however at busier times such as Christmas or for orders containing multiple of the same design the despatch times may be longer. 

CUSTOM ORDERS - We aim to have custom orders despatched within 5 working days after the final design has been confirmed and payment received. If your order contains multiple of your custom design the processing time may be longer.
